  1. Hi, I want to make your recipe called cherry cobbler with white cake mix. Can I use an 9×9 aluminum pan as I don’t have a glass pan in that size. I only have glass in an 8×8.
    Thank you

    • Hi Sheila!
You could use the 8×8 – it will just be thicker and possibly need an extra 5 minutes in the oven.

Is the aluminum pan the kind you throw away or anodized aluminum?
If it’s disposable, I’d add a layer of parchment as the pan may react with the acidic fruit. And place a tray underneath as they’re quite thin.

Either way, keep an eye on it in the oven and remove it when the fruit it bubbling
