While it may seem odd to put milk in a cocktail, it’s actually pretty common when you think about it.

I mean, we drink eggnog every Christmas, right?

But these milk cocktails go way beyond traditional ‘nog.

I’m talking dreamy milk punch, sweet milk and honey, and even a coffee-infused milkshake that’ll knock your socks off.

Easy Milk Punch and More!

1. Milk Punch Cocktail

Milk punch is a New Orleans staple that you’ll fall for at first sip.

This creamy cocktail is a lovely blend of brandy, vanilla, and milk, with a tablespoon of powdered sugar for sweetness.

Garnish milk punch with a bit of sugar on the rim, and enjoy!

2. Banshee

The Banshee cocktail will leave you screaming for more.

It tastes just like a chocolate-covered banana, and all you need are three simple ingredients: banana liqueur, crème de cacao, and milk (or cream).

The blend of rich chocolatey flavors with sweet bananas is a match made in dessert heaven.

And it’s super easy to make too. Just add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, then pour it into a glass and enjoy!

Note: banana liqueur is tricky. If you get something cheap, it’ll taste synthetic, so it’s worth spending a little more.

I like Tempus Fugit Crème de Banana or Giffard Banane du Brasil because they both have authentic banana flavor.

3. Bushwacker

Creamy, frosty, and chocolatey to the max, the Bushwacker cocktail is ideal for anyone who enjoys decadent desserts.

It’s sweet, coconutty, and fully loaded with chocolate and coffee notes.

This dark rum-based drink features Kahlua, crème de cacao, cream of coconut, and milk.

Blend everything until smooth and serve with whipped cream on top. Delish!

4. Godiva Chocolate Martini

Chocolate martinis always hit the spot. But this one is extra special, thanks to the heavenly Godiva chocolate liqueur.

You’ll go gaga for how rich and creamy it is, and it comes together with just five ingredients.

Combine Godiva liqueur, vanilla vodka, and Baileys with milk, and don’t forget the chocolate syrup in the glass!

It’s basically boozy chocolate milk. So be sure to keep it away from the kids!

5. Colorado Bulldog

Have you ever had of a White Russian? Well, the Colorado Bulldog is similar but with a little somethin’ extra.

Start with vodka, Kahlua, and milk (or cream). That’ll give you a yummy creamy base with a light coffee flavor.

But here’s where it gets interesting…you’ll also add Coca-Cola! It brings bubbly fun and a sweet finish everyone will enjoy.

6. Coquito

Coquito is a milk cocktail from Puerto Rico. It’s a festive holiday drink that will satisfy all your creamy cocktail cravings.

Also known as Puerto Rican eggnog, coquitos are thick and decadent, with a dreamy blend of cream of coconut, rum, condensed milk, and more.

It has a perfect blend of spices and lots of luscious ingredients. Make it once, and you’ll never buy eggnog again!

7. Homemade Eggnog

Okay, okay, I didn’t mean it! Eggnog is just as delicious as a classic coquito!

I love it with or without alcohol and even in desserts.

Use eggs, whipping cream, milk, sugar, spices, and vanilla. Blend them until they’re smooth, then get ready to sip.

It’s flavored perfectly, and the texture is delightful.

I won’t say this recipe is simple, but it’s worth a few extra steps.

8. Milk and Honey

Milk and honey get an adults-only upgrade with this cocktail.

Inspired by the classic nightcap, this milk cocktail is guaranteed to keep you cozy on a chilly night in.

Start with whole milk in a saucepan and add Bénédictine liqueur for that signature botanical and honey-like finish.

Pour it into your favorite mug and enjoy!

9. Clarified English Milk Punch

Clarified English milk punch is a unique cocktail that packs tons of flavor.

While most milk cocktails are thick and creamy, this one is actually clear! So, you’ll need to curdle milk with citrus and then strain out the solids.

The result is a clear drink with a bright flavor and a super silky texture.

Use different types of rum for this impressive cocktail and enjoy the subtle spice and citrus flavors with a hidden creaminess.

10. White Russian Winter Milkshake

There’s something about a spiked milkshake that makes every event more fun.

White Russians are already super creamy and flavorful. But when you blend them into frosty treats? Oh man, that’s a winner right there!

Perfect for winter entertaining, it has a light coffee flavor and a richness that can’t be beat.

Coffee ice cream, coffee liqueur, vodka, and milk make one craveable dessert cocktail.

11. Screaming Orgasm

Cocktails often have interesting names, but this one is sure to leave you blushing.

The Screaming Orgasm is sweet, creamy, and super tasty. If you don’t enjoy the flavor of alcohol, you’ll love this drink.

Use half & half, and whole milk for the best texture, along with coffee liqueur, Amaretto, Irish cream, and vodka to make it alcoholic.

You can even garnish it with grated chocolate for a dash of extra sweetness.

12. Pumpkin Spice Bourbon Milk Punch

Bourbon cocktails are some of my faves. They’re dark, deeply flavorful, and loaded with sweet boozy goodness.

And this one is every PSL lover’s dream come true.

Like the milk punch at the top, it’s creamy and sweet. Though you’ll obviously use bourbon instead of brandy.

Plus, there’s vanilla ice cream and pumpkin puree, too, so every sip is thick and velvety.

Add a dash of spice, and you’re all set.

13. Boozy Shamrock Shake

Boozy homemade shamrock shakes are way better than anything you could get from a drive-through.

This minty marvel is ideal for holidays, but it’s so tasty and refreshing, you’ll want it all year long.

It’s a thick, creamy milkshake with crème de menthe and vanilla vodka. Add some milk to get the right consistency, then top it with whipped cream.

The minty booze is green, so you can leave out the food coloring if you like. It won’t be as vibrant, but it’ll taste just as good.

14. Snow Honey

Cognac is kind of pricey, so it isn’t used in cocktails often. But if you have a bottle lying around, try this irresistible Snow Honey.

The floral flavor of honey balances the bold flavors in the Cognac in the most delicious way.

Since it’s the main focus, be sure to get good-quality honey. It’s worth the splurge, I promise!

Add warm or cold milk, and enjoy every sip of this Snow Honey cocktail.

15. Tom and Jerry

The Tom and Jerry cocktail has a pretty cute name, and it tastes incredible to boot.

It’s a brandy and milk cocktail that’s popular around the holidays. So if you love eggnog, this’ll be your new favorite.

It’s even thicker and creamier than traditional eggnog, and it’s served warm.

16. Bourbon Milk Punch

Here’s another, more simplified version of milk and bourbon.

It calls for just five ingredients, and it’s effortless to make. Plus, it’s just as sweet and creamy, but there’s no pumpkin in the mix.

So while it’s not as spiced or thick, it’s just as addictive.

17. Coffee and Bourbon Boozy Milkshakes

Coffee and bourbon boozy milkshakes are the ultimate party drinks.

Combine coffee ice cream with bourbon and blend it into a milkshake. Add just enough milk so you can drink it through a straw, and it’s ready to go.

Don’t forget to top them with a chocolate chip cookie. It makes all the difference.

18. Strawberry Sombrero

The Strawberry Sombrero is a unique and flavorful drink that’s full of strawberries, coffee, and milk.

An odd combo but a yummy one!

Just add Kahlua and strawberry syrup to a martini glass with milk, then finish each glass with a fresh berry.

How easy is that?

19. Boozy Chocolate Milkshake with Whisky

Nothing beats a chocolate milkshake or malt when the craving strikes.

And this chocolatey dessert drink, with chocolate ice cream, whiskey, and milk, is sure to satisfy.

Malted milk powder gives it an incredible richness that just doesn’t compare to anything else.

Feel free to use bourbon or dark rum instead of whiskey if you prefer.

20. Baileys Milkshake

Let’s finish with another sensational milkshake I know you’ll adore.

Baileys plus vanilla ice cream and milk. What more could you ask for?

It’s sweet and scrumptious with a thick, dreamy texture and lightly sweet coffee-infused taste.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and savor each sip.
