Using apples in your smoothies adds antioxidants, minerals, and fiber.

What more can you ask for in a refreshing smoothie?

Apple Smoothie with Cinnamon in a Glass Jar

From simple and sweet to cinnamon-spiced, apples are such a flexible fruit.

Enjoy them on the go, or on a lazy weekend morning. Your body will thank you either way!

Blend up yourself a treat with 10 of my favorite apple smoothie recipes below.

1. Apple Smoothie

We’re starting out simple with all the fall flavor you want in a cup. I’m talking cinnamon, apple, and oats in your smoothie!

The secret ingredient here is a touch of peanut butter for a rich and creamy smoothie.

Combine it with oats, apples, and cinnamon for fall fabulous flavor!

For a sweeter smoothie, use a gala or pink lady apple.

Though, a tart Granny Smith gives off some serious apple pie smoothie vibes.

2. Apple Date Smoothie

I can’t be the only adult who still enjoys apple slices and peanut butter.

Now, take that delicious snack, and put it in a smoothie? Yes, please!

Dates are a great way to naturally sweeten a smoothie.

They blend up nicely, and you get a sweet peanut butter and apple drink with no added sugar!

Chia seeds and flax seeds are optional in this recipe.

I recommend them for added nutritional value for the best start to your day.

3. Apple Blueberry Lemon Smoothie

This smoothie is summertime sunshine in a cup! You’ll love the simplicity of the ingredients, and all that bright flavor!

Fresh apples, blueberries, and lemon juice are the main components of this smoothie.

Add ice and water before blending for a cool and refreshing drink.

Add some Greek yogurt for a thicker, more nutritionally balanced smoothie.

Or, add a splash of white liquor for an adult beverage!

4. Apple Banana Smoothie

If there’s one thing we all have in our freezer, it’s overripe bananas.

This smoothie is my favorite way to use up a frozen banana in a delicious way!

You get double the apple flavor with apple slices and juice.

Blending with yogurt and oats makes for a dreamy, creamy, and delicious smoothie!

If you’re using frozen bananas you may need to add more liquid to blend properly.

This recipe is perfect to add some protein powder to for a balanced breakfast.

5. Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

As much as my mind would love to eat apple pie every day, my body wouldn’t be so thankful.

This easy smoothie is a great alternative for that sweet tooth hankering.

Frozen banana, apple slices, yogurt, and spices make that delicious apple pie flavor.

A bit of Greek yogurt adds a more decadent taste to this simple smoothie.

If you want a sweeter smoothie, add in dates, maple syrup, or honey before blending.

6. Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Sometimes, a light smoothie just doesn’t hit the spot.

Of course, nobody wants an unhealthy smoothie, but a bit of extra flare doesn’t hurt!

This recipe is seriously so rich and creamy, you’ll swear it’s a shake.

The apples add a bit of sweetness with the creamy peanut butter and banana.

If you have some PB2 in your pantry, you could add some in for extra peanut butter flavor and protein.

Who said clean eating had to be dull?

7. Apple Orange Smoothie

Take your two favorite juices and make them into one delicious breakfast smoothie!

I’m talking about a heavenly combination of OJ and apples in one cup!

You only need five ingredients to whip up this refreshing drink.

If you don’t have agave on hand, maple syrup or honey are great alternatives.

I find this recipe to make more of a textured juice than a smoothie.

If you prefer a thicker drink, adding ice is an easy fix.

8. Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

There’s so much deliciousness in this smoothie, the title doesn’t do it justice!

Do yourself a favor and give it a try without discounting the simple name.

You’ll find almond butter, oats, apples, yogurt, banana, and spices in this recipe.

It’s so filling and nutritious, you might just want it for breakfast every day!

Top your smoothie with an extra sprinkle of spice and chopped nuts for a beautiful finish.

Trust me when I say, you’ll need a spoon to enjoy this thick, flavorful smoothie!

9. Apple Strawberry Smoothie

When I’m in a pinch, strawberries are my go-to for smoothies. Add in an apple for your favorite way to get in your apple a day!

Milk, yogurt, and honey are a combination I can’t resist.

Bring in the bright flavors of strawberries and some apples, too? Count me in.

How can you resist a twist on a classic strawberry smoothie with only five ingredients?

If you can, you’re certainly stronger than me!

10. Spinach & Apple Detox Smoothie

While I cannot certify the detoxifying qualities of this smoothie, I can attest to its flavor.

This smoothie is so bright and delicious, you won’t believe it’s good for you!

This recipe highlights the tart flavor of granny smith apples, and accents it with lemon.

Blend in spinach and cucumber for a beautifully green and fresh smoothie.

You’ll notice this recipe calls for dates, which sweeten the drink.

Any sugar substitute will do to balance out the sour flavors of the other ingredients.
