My frozen treats craving increases with every rise in the temperature.

Unfortunately, regular popsicles often lack the nutrients to sustain active lifestyles. Luckily, these protein popsicles have everything you need.

Here are 10 of my faves!

1. Fruity Protein Popsicles

These protein-forward popsicles are full of bright, fruity flavors. Not only do they use berry blend protein powder, but they also contain real berries!

Each batch includes 1/4 cup of strawberries and another 1/3 cup of berries of your choice. They’re bold, sweet, tangy, and delicious.

They taste so good, you’ll want to scarf them down. Be sure not to do that, though. You don’t want to get a brain freeze!

2. Vanilla and Chocolate Protein Popsicles

Do you prefer sweet and decadent to bright and fruity? If so, give these vanilla and chocolate popsicles a try. They’re wonderfully rich and look lovely with their vanilla and chocolate swirls.

They’re actually really nutritious, too! Each one contains 5 grams of protein and has only 61 calories. Additionally, they’re gluten-free and vegan.

Did I mention they don’t contain artificial sugars?! They’re naturally sweetened with bananas and dates.

3. Blueberry Protein Popsicles

These creamy, four-ingredient popsicles are packed with protein and overflowing with flavor. You’ll love the brilliant blueberry taste.

The Greek yogurt base makes them smooth and rich. The honey provides plenty of natural sweetness to help offset the berries’ tartness.

Best of all, they take only about 5 minutes to whip up. Unfortunately, they take longer to freeze. But the wait is well worth it.

4. Blackberry Protein Popsicles

These popsicles are just as rich, creamy, and easy to make. Instead of blueberries, flavor them with a whole cup of frozen blackberries

The berries, paired with the yogurt and honey, create an unforgettable flavor explosion. These treats are an excellent choice for backyard BBQs and other summer events.

Everyone loves them, no matter how young or old, and they always return for more.

5. Sugar-Free Yogurt Protein Popsicles

Brown Cow popsicles were a staple of my childhood. There’s nothing quite like biting through the thin, crunchy chocolate shell. Of course, when you get to the creamy ice cream center, that’s even better.

This recipe makes a great replica, especially if you want a high-protein, low-carb alternative.

Plus, these popsicles taste amazing. And with only a single carb per serving, they’re perfect for those on the keto diet.

6. Frozen Strawberry Protein Pops

I love these seriously strawberry protein pops. They’re so fruity and are perfect for summer. After all, who doesn’t think of fresh strawberries in the summer months?

These strawberry pops come with yogurt, vanilla, protein powder, and more. There’s even a little dash of salt to act as a flavor enhancer!

They’re low-carb and gluten-free, and everyone loves them. As a bonus, you can’t taste the protein powder in these delights.

7. Strawberry Lemonade Protein Popsicles

These popsicles combine two of my all-time favorite flavors: strawberries and lemonade!

These are a creamier, solid version of everyone’s favorite summer drink. They have the same sweet, tart flavors and even include fresh strawberries! There’s real lemon juice in the recipe, too.

They’re also easy to make. You can have them ready for the freezer in just 5 minutes. Then, it’s just a matter of waiting for them to freeze.

8. Peanut Butter Banana Protein Popsicles

If the strawberry-lemonade combo doesn’t do it for you, this next one definitely will. Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate?!

Mix in three fresh bananas for a treat no one can resist. The recipe pairs the rich flavors of peanut butter and bananas. Then, there’s the indulgent chocolate coating. Plus, you get a smattering of salty peanuts for crunch.

They’re so good, you won’t return to store-bought popsicles again.

9. Healthy Orange Popsicles with Protein

It doesn’t get much simpler than these easy, two-ingredient popsicles.

Simply whisk together orange juice and flavorless collagen protein powder. Then, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.

They taste more like fresh orange juice than orange sherbet, but they’re still incredible. And if orange isn’t your thing, that’s okay. You can use whatever fruit juice you like best instead.

I tried it with POM juice once. I never thought a popsicle could make me weak in the knees, but I was wrong.

10. Birthday Cake Protein Popsicles

Don’t let all of those colorful sprinkles fool you. These popsicles aren’t just for kids. In fact, with their high protein count, adults will flip for them.

They taste a lot like actual birthday cake but are cool, light, and refreshing. Plus, they’re much easier to whip up than a real cake.

Make them for special occasions, like a birthday party, for example! Or just prepare a batch when you’re craving a cold, icy treat.
