Claire Wells is the managing editor at Insanely Good Recipes, where she develops recipes and writes and edits blog posts that help home cooks create delicious meals.
With over a decade of experience as a professional baker and pastry chef, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and a lifelong passion for food to her role.
Like so many, Claire's love for baking began in her grandma’s kitchen and led her to train as a pastry chef in New York. She later ran a bakery in Spain and worked as the Head Baker at a renowned steakhouse in Toronto.
When she's not in the kitchen, Claire can often be found in a ceramics studio, working with clay to create beautiful, functional pieces. She is also the author of three self-published novels, with three more in the works.
