Mint Grapefruit Mimosa

3. Mint Grapefruit Mimosa

Sweet mint, tangy grapefruit – celebrate your love as a couple with a couple of great flavors.

Sparkling Prosecco and a hint of honey round out this deceptively complex cocktail.

Add a glass of this to your breakfast-in-bed plans and you might need a nap!

4. Sweetheart Cocktail

Don’t give your love a bouquet of roses this Valentine’s Day. Serve them one in a cocktail.

Made with vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and rose petals, this is a fun and floral way to impress that special someone.

So lower the lights, put on a love song, and stir it up!

5. Kir Royale

There’s no better way to woo your beloved than with a fizzy, fruity kir royale.

This elegant cocktail is made with champagne and French berry liqueur. Simply swirl the two together and add a fresh raspberry for garnish. It’s that easy!

If you’re not sure what liqueur to use, Chambord or Creme de Cassis are great picks. They’ll add a hint of fruit that’s sweet without being sickly.

6. Besame Cocktail

Besame is a Spanish word, meaning “kiss me,” and kisses are highly recommended after this smooth tipple.

It’s made with a Spanish favorite – Agavero, a tequila-based liqueur flavored with agave.

The sweet Agavero is beautifully balanced with zesty passion fruit juice, raspberries, lime, and a splash of raspberry liqueur.

7. Strawberry Shortcake Daiquiri

If your idea of romance is dessert in a glass, you’ll find your happy-ever-after in this recipe.

Made with fresh strawberries, it’s fresh and sweet. The shortcake taste comes from vanilla-scented whipped cream vodka and creamy almond milk.

Coconut rum gives it a tropical twist and the end result is simply heavenly.

8. Scarlett Kiss

Daring and different, this wickedly good cocktail is perfect for parties.

It’s made with Drambuie whiskey for a powerful kick and rounded out with tart cranberry juice. Simple but satisfying, this is a keeper.

Grab yourself a handsome stranger and get mixing!

9. Mary Pickford

Mary Pickford was a beloved silver screen star who made her fortune in the old Hollywood era of silent movies.

Her namesake cocktail is as glamorous as she was. And it’ll make you feel like a movie star with its fruity mix of grenadine, light rum, and pineapple juice.

10. Cupid’s Arrow

Here’s another fun drink with a festive Valentines cocktail name.

Cupid is too young to drink, of course, but if he were of legal age he’d definitely be trying this recipe.

Filled with berries and sprinkled with chocolate shavings, this is a gorgeous Valentine’s treat.

To mix, simply stir together vodka, blood orange liqueur, orange juice, fresh lemon juice, lemon lime soda, and sugar.

If you really want to impress, dip the rim of the glass in red sugar crystals and serve over ice.

11. Chocolate Truffle Martini

If you can’t decide between chocolates and booze this Valentine’s, do both!

You’ll get all the taste of truffles in this chocolate martini, made with vanilla vodka, white chocolate cream liqueur, and cream.

Go big when you’re serving this one. Decorate the glass with white chocolate shavings and/or coconut flakes for an impressive dessert/drink.

Morning mojitos are a crucial part of Valentine’s Day celebrations (or is that just me?!).

And you can’t get much better than this tart twist on the classic cocktail.

It’s a vibrant and refreshing blend of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, fresh mint leaves, and white rum.

    • Hi Barbara! That’s a simple vodka soda with raspberries. Here’s my recipe:

      1. Muddle (crush) 4-5 fresh raspberries in the bottom of a glass.
      2. Add 1-2 ounces of raspberry vodka and 1 ounce of fresh lime juice.
      3. Top the glass up with ice and soda water (or lemon lime soda if you want it sweeter).

For the garnish, just cut a thin slice of watermelon and then free-cut a heart with a knife or use a cookie cutter.

      Hope you enjoy it!
