Just gather the ingredients and let your slow cooker do all the work 🙂
My Crockpot is one of the most used items in my kitchen.
I actually have two — a small one for dips and dinners for two and a large one for hearty meals that’ll feed a crowd.
And while it’s a super versatile way to cook chicken, beef, and more, it’s ideal for these ground beef Crockpot recipes!
So whether you’re having a dinner party or just need some easy meals, these ground beef recipes will get the job done!
1. Crockpot Hamburger Hash
For a hearty meal, look no further than this Crockpot hamburger hash. This cheesy dish is sure to become a repeat.
It has everything you need for a complete meal in one dish. Meat, potatoes, and veggies galore!
I love that it’s versatile and allows me to use whatever veggies are left in my fridge. You can even switch out the red potatoes for sweet potatoes.
Throw everything in your Crockpot except for the cheese and let it cook all day. Throw in the cheese at the end, and enjoy!
2. Crockpot Cabbage Rolls
A family favorite just got easier. These crock pot cabbage rolls taste amazing after simmering all day!
While this recipe takes a little more preparation time than some other Crockpot meals, you won’t be thinking about that after you sneak a taste.
Put your meat mixture in the center of the cabbage leaf and fold it up. Place them into the Crockpot and cover them with the sauce. That’s it!
Plus, this recipe has a secret ingredient — cinnamon!
3. Crockpot Shepherd’s Pie
Savory and flavorful, Crockpot shepherd’s pie really is comfort food at its finest.
The hardest part is browning the meat and mashing the potatoes. Although using frozen vegetables is a great way to save time and keep this dish simple.
Everything but the mashed potatoes goes into the crock pot. The mashed potatoes get added when there’s two hours left.
If you’re looking for a way to save on prep time you could even use instant mashed potatoes!

6. Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole
Are you tired of spending hours cooking food your kids don’t eat? This slow cooker tater tot casserole is your ticket to a quiet dinner table and full bellies.
I have even more good news — other than browning ground beef, there is absolutely no preparation for this dish.
Black beans, corn, salsa, green chiles, taco seasoning, and enchilada sauce all get mixed together and tossed in your Crockpot. Layer with tater tots and let it bubble away.
Don’t forget to add cheese before serving!
7. Crockpot Poor Man’s Stew
Hamburger stew is often referred to as poor man’s stew because it uses simple ingredients and is budget-friendly.
This crock pot poor man’s stew really is slow-cooked perfection.

With this rich and savory soup, you can even throw in a few extra veggies. The kids will never know!
8. Slow Cooker Chinese Pie
You won’t find any traditional Asian flavors in this slow cooker Chinese pie. It’s actually an adaptation of shepherd’s pie, made by Chinese cooks while building the Canadian railway in the late 19th century.

The classic combination of sweet and sour makes this dish unforgettable. These slow cooker sweet and sour meatballs are sure to replace your take-out order.

Countless memories have been made at the dinner table while eating sloppy joes. They’re simple, tasty, and kind of fun to say!
I abandoned the store bought sloppy joe sauce years ago when I realized how easy they are to make. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples.
Let it bubble away in the slow cooker to allow the flavors to meld together.
You can toast your bun and even add cheese. You’ll never think about the canned sloppy joe sauce ever again!
