There are so many different ways that spaghetti squash can be enjoyed. But the most common way to cook spaghetti squash is to roast it.

Just chop it in half, add a little oil, then roast until it’s tender.

That said, I’ve got some seriously versatile recipes here. Whether it’s a delicious new take on a classic or a completely new dish, you’ll find it on this list.
