Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup neutral oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 4 red chili peppers, seeds removed

  • 3 jalapeños, seeds removed

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 2 tablespoos oregano

  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 3.5 pounds chicken, cut into pieces

Instructions
