Best No-Bake Fudge Recipes

There is a little of everything here, from classic chocolate variations to innovative flavor combos.

And each one is smoother, creamier, and tastier than the last!

So, get ready to dive into a world of lusciousness. Satisfy your sweet tooth with these delightful, no-bake fudge recipes.

1. Easiest Foolproof Fudge

One of my favorite no-bake fudge recipes is also one of the simplest to make. It is so quick and easy that its name is Foolproof Fudge

It requires five ingredients, some microwaving and mixing, and about 5 minutes. (Not including the 4 hours (or so) it takes the fudge to set.)

You can make this foolproof fudge, even if you have cooked nothing in your lifeAnd bonus! Its chewy texture and bright red cranberries make it a perfect Christmas gift.

2. No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut butter fudge is another sweet-and-simple no-bake fudge option.

Microwave peanut butter and butter for a few minutes. Then, mix in vanilla and sugar for that sweet, rich, fudgy flavor.

Finally, spread the mixture in a pan and let it harden in the refrigerator. It is so easy; even a child could do it.

(Be careful if you let your kiddos help, though. The peanut butter/butter mixture gets pretty hot after a few minutes in the microwave.)

3. Easy No-Cook Baileys Fudge

This decadent, four-ingredient fudge is a beloved boozy treat. Each piece features a generous dose of Baileys and plenty of chocolatey goodness.

These are extra fun treats for parties. Just be sure to keep them out of reach of children.

4. Unicorn Fudge

Unicorn fudge is a colorful, no-bake confection perfect for birthday parties. (And baby showers!)

Cover each piece in multi-colored pastels and plenty of rainbow sprinkles.

Their decadent white chocolate flavor makes them a hit with everyone. But their true appeal is their gorgeous appearance.

Make them look even more magical by dusting them with edible glitter.

5. Rolo Fudge

Gooey, fudgy, and indulgent, Rolo fudge is a dessert you don’t want to miss. The combination of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and caramel is exquisite.

You will go weak in the knees after a single bite of this fudge. It is pretty lovely, too.

Most pieces feature an entire Rolo candy and have a gorgeous marbled appearance.

These will turn heads (and tantalize taste buds) no matter the occasion.

6. Cookie Dough Fudge

Cookie dough fudge is sugary and full of classic cookie dough yumminess. It takes about 15 minutes and several ingredients to make.

But it is easy. And the effort is worth it!

Cookie dough fudge is soft and chewy. And it is full of the flavors of butter, brown sugar, and chocolate chip cookies.

Do you like eating raw cookie dough? Then, this fudge is for you!

7. Mint Chocolate Fudge

Are you an Andes Mints/Thin Mints kind of person? If so, mint chocolate fudge will be your new favorite recipe.

It has a marbled pastel green/brown color and a fresh, minty flavor.

It is like a smoother, chewier version of mint chocolate chip ice cream. (But far less messy!)

8. Vanilla Fudge

Vanilla fudge often pales compared to its chocolate and peanut butter cousins. After all, people always seem to want as much flavor as possible.

But this four-ingredient vanilla fudge might surprise you.

Each bite is sweet, understated, creamy, indulgent, delicious, and somewhat old-fashioned. It has a lot more going for it than you might first imagine.

9. Coconut Fudge

This three-ingredient fudge is my all-time favorite no-bake fudge recipe.

It features rich dark chocolate and sweet, tropical coconut. So delicious.

And the coconut is not just on the top, either! Instead of sweetened condensed milk, you mix cream of coconut with the chocolate.

It makes the whole thing taste like a Mounds bar. Only, it has a thicker, fudgier, more exciting texture.

10. Easy Lemon Fudge

Are you a fan of cheesecake or tart lemon desserts? If so, you’ll appreciate this recipe for easy lemon fudge.

It has the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess.

It is like white chocolate fudge with fresh lemon juice squeezed in. Lemon fudge is a vibrant, not-too-sweet fudge, ideal for summer.

11. Orange Creamsicle Fudge

Here is another delectable summer fudge option. It features a stunning orange and white marbled appearance.

Not to mention a bright orange Creamsicle taste.

It’s like all of your favorite orange-flavored desserts rolled into one. Especially if you add the sweet-n-tangy orange gummy slices on top.

12. 2-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

Are you someone who wants your sweets to be extra sweet? Because this two-ingredient strawberry fudge definitely fits that description.

It features white chocolate chips and strawberry frosting. This fudge is about as sweet as sweet can be.

Its pretty-in-pink color makes it an obvious choice for Valentine’s Day. It also works for baby showers, Mother’s Day, and other pink-themed parties.

You can add pink, red, and white sprinkles to further the effect.

13. Blueberry Fudge

Blueberry fudge is the prettiest fudge on this list! It has a striking blueish-purple hue with darker purple spots throughout.

Add the white chocolate and fresh blueberry garnish, and it looks even more appealing.

This is the fudge you want to make if you want to turn heads.

And yes, it tastes as good as it looks. Blueberry fudge is fruity and slightly tart with the perfect fudgy texture.

14. Easy Chocolate Raspberry 3-Ingredient Fudge

Raspberry fudge is another attractive, fruity fudge option. It requires only a few minutes of work and tastes like chocolate-covered raspberries.

You can have it in the fridge within 10 minutes. It will be ready to eat in 3-4 hours.

These are always a hit, even without the fun and festive red and white stripes. With those stripes, they are a gorgeous treat.

Everyone will be coming back for more!
