Christmas Prosecco Cocktails & Drink Recipes

Prosecco is an Italian wine known for its bountiful bubbles that dance along your tongue, tickling your taste buds.

It’s fun, fabulous, and pairs well with so many yummy flavors!

And these Christmas Prosecco cocktails are just what you need this festive season. They’re fruity, effervescent, and totally delicious.

Cheers!

1. Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail

Is there a fruity flavor more perfect for the holidays than cranberry?

It’s definitely my go-to when it comes to holiday drinks and desserts. (Clearly… there are a few here.)

And while I love cranberry things year-round, they’re extra fabulous during the winter.

I think their tart sweetness adds brightness to the dreary cold. Add some Prosecco, and it’s even more light!

Ingredients: Prosecco, Grand Marnier, sweetened cranberry juice, lime wedge & fresh cranberries (for garnish)

2. Jingle and Mingle Prosecco Cranberry Christmas Cocktail

This vibrant cocktail is as stunning as it is delicious!

It’s bright red and beautifully garnished with sugared cranberries. Plus, the flavors are amazing.

Every sip is a little tart, a little sweet, and wonderfully herbaceous.

It’s the perfect way to liven up a boring office Christmas party. Or any party, really.

Ingredients: silver tequila, rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice, Prosecco or Champagne, rosemary sprig & pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

3. Cranberry Orange Prosecco Cocktail with Rosemary

In keeping with the cranberry theme, may I suggest this love child of a mimosa and sangria?

It’s fresh, sweet, and oh-so-tasty. And it’s super easy to make, too.

Just mix everything in a pitcher, then serve with ice and a fresh sprig of rosemary. You’ll notice very subtle woodsiness with every sip.

Ingredients: cranberry juice, orange juice, Grand Marnier, Prosecco, fresh cranberries, orange wheels & rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

4. Fresh Cranberry Prosecco Mimosa

My favorite way to celebrate on Christmas Day is to throw a huge family brunch.

I serve all the good stuff – cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, a yogurt bar, and, yes, mimosas

Nothing brings the family together like good food and great drinks. And these fresh cranberry Prosecco mimosas are perfect.

You can even make mocktails for the kids! Just swap the wine for lemon-lime soda.

Ingredients: orange juice, cranberry juice, Prosecco, fresh cranberries (for garnish)

5. Poinsettia

This delicious drink looks just as pretty as the classic Christmas flower!

And with the scrumptious tastes of orange and cranberry, it tastes as festive as it looks.

If sequins were edible, I think they’d taste something like this sparkling, fruity Prosecco cocktail.

Ingredients: Prosecco, Cointreau, cranberry juice, orange slices & fresh cranberries (for garnish)

6. Holiday Elderflower Prosecco Cocktail

If you haven’t experienced the deliciousness that is elderflower, you’re really missing out. And I’m here to remedy that.

It’s a very delicate, fruity, and floral flavor that’s somewhere between pears and lychees.

And though this simple drink is fairly strong, it really lets the elderflower shine through – which is why I love it!

Ingredients: vodka, St Germain elderflower liquor, Prosecco

7. Pomegranate Prosecco Punch

In Greek mythology, pomegranates are a powerful fruit symbolizing life (fertility) and death.

Plus, Hades used them to trick Persephone into returning to the Underworld.

So if they’re yummy enough to tempt a goddess, then there’s no hope for the rest of us.

So, let’s just say that this pomegranate Prosecco punch is sinfully delicious. And your partygoers will love it!

Ingredients: pomegranate juice, orange juice, Cointreau, Prosecco, orange slices, pomegranate seeds & mint sprigs (for garnish)

8. Winter Citrus Bellini

Typically, Venetian bellinis are made with Prosecco and peach puree. They’re a perfect summer drink that absolutely delights the senses.

Unfortunately, peaches are hard to come by in the winter. So, let’s use a winter citrus that’s just as delightful as its summery sister.

I’m talking about orange, of course, plus a little grapefruit for zing.

It’s sweet and lip-puckeringly tart in the best way. There’s no doubt that this will wake up your taste buds.

Ingredients: Prosecco, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemonade, orange wheel & rosemary sprig (for garnish)

9. Orange Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

This brightly colored drink is sweet, sour, and seriously delicious. And it’s so full of sparkling bubbles that it’ll outshine all the Christmas lights!

Okay, maybe that’s a stretch. But this drink is pretty darn bubbly.

Plus, the enticing flavors of orange and pomegranate dance over your tongue like a holiday dream.

Ingredients: Cointreau, orange juice, pomegranate juice, Prosecco or Champagne, orange slices, pomegranate seeds & fresh rosemary (for garnish)

10. Blood Orange Prosecco Punch

This statement-making punch looks like a sunset in a glass.

Its bright, reddish-orange color will catch your eye, and its fresh, citrus flavor will envelop your taste buds.

Essentially, this punch is an elevated mimosa with fresh blood orange juice. So it’s a little sweeter and more floral with a gentle tartness.

Orange liqueur boosts the orange flavor and levels up the booziness. Meanwhile, a dash of simple syrup ensures every sip is balanced.

Ingredients: blood orange juice, Prosecco, simple syrup, Grand Marnier
