  • 2 cups 2 diced zucchini

  • 1 can 1 chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

  • 1 cup 1 grape tomatoes (halved)

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sweet onion (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 feta cheese (crumbled)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Kalamata olives (chopped)

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 olive oil

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 packed fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon 1 fresh rosemary (chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon 1 capers (drained and chopped)

  • 1 clove 1 garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 dried Greek oregano

  • 1 pinch 1 crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
