Have you had your first snow of the season? I have, which means I’m ready to hibernate in front of an open fire with a tasty drink in my hand.

And nothing calls to me quite like these crisp and fruity apple vodka drinks!

So if you’re ready to wrap up for the winter, too, do it with one of these apple vodka cocktail recipes.

10 Easy Drinks With Apple Vodka

1. Apple Orchard Cocktail

Picking apples straight from an orchard is one of the best things about fall!

So why not harness all that joy into a glass, and try this stunning apple vodka drink?

You’ll need sweet apple vodka, warm ginger syrup, and robust apple brandy, plus floral elderflower liqueur, zippy lemon juice, and colorful bitters.

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, and strain into your favorite glass. It’s super fragrant and wonderfully fresh.

2. Apple Pie Spritzer

Apple pie is as American as…well, you know. So, let’s take that winning flavor and put it in a spritzer!

Full disclosure: making this drink takes a little bit of planning.

It starts by infusing vodka with cinnamon sticks and Granny Smith apples. That needs to sit for at least 48 hours.

After the vodka is infused, stir in some simple syrup, add ice, and top with club soda.

Or, to make it extra pie-like, add some whipped cream vodka and rim the glass with crushed Graham Crackers!

3. Sparkling White Apple Pear Sangria

Apples and pears are a match made in autumn heaven, especially in a delicious fall-inspired sangria!

It’s super easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Slice up some pears and apples, and toss them into a pitcher. Then pour in apple and pear vodka, apple cider, Pinot Grigio, Champagne, and seltzer water.

For a sweeter (and cheaper) drink, use sparkling wine or Prosecco, or stir in simple syrup.

4. Caramel Apple Cheesecaketini

If you’ve been here before, you’ll know I’m borderline addicted to cheesecake. So this one is a no-brainer for me!

It’s creamy, sweet, and the perfect finish to a big holiday meal.

This thick and scrumptious martini is made with apple cider, cream, and pudding mix.

Add a little caramel sauce, and you’ll go weak in the knees!

To make it even more dessert-like, finish it with whipped cream, Graham Cracker crumbs, and more caramel sauce.

Wow is an understatement!

5. Honey Crisp Apple Cocktail

Do you ever wonder what teachers do with all those apples? I like to think they make delicious cocktails like this!

You only need three ingredients – apple vodka, apple cider, and sliced apples – plus a bit of ice to keep things cool.

6. Skinny Cinnamon Apple Champagne Martini

Cinnamon and apples are the epitome of fall flavors. And if you ask me, the only thing missing is a bit of Champagne and vodka!

Cue this delicious martini. Rather than simple syrup, this recipe calls for Sweet n’ Low (but any artificial sweetener will do).

Just shake cinnamon whiskey with apple vodka, sweetened water, and ice, then top up the glass with bubbly.

7. Appletini

Spooky season deserves a spooky drink, and this bright green and tart cocktail is sinfully delicious.

Between the apple juice and apple vodka, it’s brimming with fruity flavor. You’ll also add lemon juice and simple syrup for a bit of sweet tartness.

For a spookier vibe, add some brandied cherries for a poisoned apple effect.

8. Apple Cider Sangria

Sangria is a staple in my house over the holidays. And this apple cider sangria is my fave for Thanksgiving.

A blend of Pinot Grigio, apple cider, apple vodka, and ginger ale, it’s sweet, spiced, and best served with sliced apples and cinnamon sticks.

If you want a pop of color, throw in some pomegranate arils and orange slices. Oh, and don’t forget to garnish the glasses too!

9. Caramel Apple Martini

Every fall party needs this heavenly caramel apple martini. It’s creamy, sweet, and better than a caramel apple itself!

Combine apple vodka, Baileys salted caramel, and apple cider in a shaker with ice. Shake until it’s nice and chilled.

Then, dip martini glasses in caramel sauce, so the rim is sticky and sweet before pouring the drink.

Sprinkle a bit of apple pie spice over the top and garnish with an apple slice.

10. Apple Cider Bellini

If you’re looking for fall perfection, you’ve found it! This festive cider Bellini is perfectly sweet, wonderfully bubbly, and screams fall in every sip.

All you need is vodka, apple cider, and sparkling wine. Pour everything directly into glass flutes, and garnish with apple slices.

This recipe calls for apple-infused vodka, but regular apple vodka will suffice.

Just remember that your choice of bubbles will affect the flavor. For example, Champagne will be more dry, whereas Prosecco adds sweetness.
