20 Easy Alcoholic Slushies for Summer Parties

Sorry kids, but these alcoholic slushies are not for you.

Loaded with tequila, vodka, rum, and more, these sweet, slushie cocktails are here to make your summer shine.

20 Easy Alcoholic Slushies for Summer Parties featuring Boozy Vodka Watermelon Slushy with Fresh Watermelon Slices

I grew up slurping slushies in all colors of the rainbow. And though I still don’t know what blue raspberry actually is, I frequently crave a fruity, icy treat.

Luckily, these alcoholic slushies are here to save the day.

I know my summer cocktail menu is sorted. How about yours?

20 Frozen Drink Recipes To Beat the Heat

1. Strawberry Lemonade Vodka Slushies

It’s hard to beat strawberry lemonade when it comes to classic summertime drinks.

That’s what makes these vodka slushies ideal for the summer months.

You’ll use frozen strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice for that bright, crisp strawberry lemonade flavor.

Add a bit of simple syrup and ice, and you’ll barely even taste the alcohol.

2. Tropical Peach Pineapple Slushies

These pretty yellow drinks combine frozen peaches and pineapples, Malibu rum, pineapple vodka, and peach schnapps.

And as if that isn’t sweet enough, you’ll top it off with grenadine, and maraschino cherries for a tropical treat to beat the heat.

Don’t let that mild tropical flavor fool you, though! Each one contains three different types of liquor, so they’re strong drinks.

Enjoy them slowly.

3. Sex on the Beach Slushies

The six-ingredient Sex on the Beach is another summer favorite, and you can make it even better by turning it into a slushie instead.

It has the same sweet and tangy taste as the original, but it’s much colder and will cool you down a lot faster.

4. Vodka Watermelon Slushies

All you’ll need for this watermelon-flavored delight is lemon juice, sugar, four cups of seedless watermelon, vodka, and your choice of garnishes.

It has that distinct flavor that you’ll only ever get from watermelon, and it’s light and easy to make.

You can taste the vodka, though, so if you’re not a fan, you may want to pick another spirit.

I like this with citrus vodka or white rum, but I bet silver tequila would be great too.

5. Pineapple Rum Slush

This icy, creamy slushie is the perfect Caribbean cruise drink.

Because nothing screams “vacation in the tropics” more than a tasty and sweet rum cocktail, right?

It’s full of frozen pineapples, coconut milk, and plenty of every pirate’s favorite drink: rum.

6. Frozen Mango Margarita

Although it features two types of liquor, lime juice, and a bit of agave nectar for sweetness, this bright orange slushie tastes like pure mango.

If you were to pop a mango in a blender and puree it, I can’t imagine it would taste any different than this drink.

The sea salt and chili powder around the rim give it a bit of spice, though.

7. Raspberry Vodka Slush

This five-minute drink is an excellent choice for anyone who likes their slushies a bit on the tart and tangy side.

It features the robust flavors of raspberries and citrus, with just a hint of vodka underneath.

And though it might not be red, white, and blue, I think this would be ideal for a 4th of July cocktail.

It’s also packed with vitamin C, so you can get your daily dose of that while getting your buzz on. Win-win!

8. Frozen Vodka Slush

Of all the drinks on the list, this one probably has the strangest mixture of ingredients.

It combines frozen orange juice and lemonade with water, sugar, green tea, vodka, and Sprite.

It’s bubbly, zesty, and icy cold, and if you’re a fan of citrusy, almost sour beverages, then you’re sure to love it.

You’ll want to make it a day ahead of time, though, as the mixture needs to freeze overnight.

9. Caramel Apple Vodka Slush Cocktail

This drink’s cold, slushy consistency makes it a good choice for summer, but its apple cider, caramel, and cinnamon flavors mean that it’s a fall favorite too!

It uses only five ingredients (six if you count apple slices for garnishes) and takes just five minutes to make. Enjoy!

10. Bourbon Peach Slush

This bourbon peach slush is the ideal mixture of sweet and savory.

And unlike many drinks out there, it tastes exactly how it sounds – like peaches and bourbon.

You’ll add half a cup of sugar and some peach simple syrup to tone down the bourbon’s sharpest edges, but you’re still going to taste it.

Even so, this one is a Southern staple you don’t want to miss.

11. Blackberry Moscato Slushies

Saying that this drink tastes like blackberry wine is kind of a cop-out since it is, in fact, blackberries and wine.

But that’s the easiest way to describe it, so here we are.

It’s like rich, sweetly tart blackberry wine, only much, much slushier.

12. Frozen Blue Hawaiian

If you’re looking for a vibrant drink that’ll catch anyone’s attention, check out this yummy Hawaiian cocktail.

The Blue Hawaiian is so bright that it’s almost ultra-violet, and it tastes fantastic, too.

With a bright color like that, you’d assume it would be super tart, maybe even sour, but it isn’t.

It’s rich and tropical, with plenty of coconuts, pineapples, and white rum.

13. Boozy Frozen Lemonade

For this icy white drink, you’ll need nothing more than lemon sorbet, vodka, lemonade, and ice.

It’s like Mike Hard’s Lemonade but with a much stronger kick.

You won’t really taste the vodka, though, assuming you’re using something of high quality that goes down smoothly.

All the bright sour lemony notes cover it right up.

14. Strawberry Wine Slushies

Like strawberry wine and seventeen
The hot July moon saw everything
My first taste of love, oh bittersweet
The green on the vine
Like strawberry wine

Does anyone else love that song, or is it just me?

Love it or hate it, you’re sure to adore this boozy, invigorating strawberry wine slushie.

It’s crisp and refreshing, and you’ll only need three ingredients – frozen strawberries, Moscato, and simple syrup.

Oh, and five minutes to make it.

15. Pink Lemonade Vodka Slush

Pink lemonade vodka slush is another summertime favorite that features the tartness of lemonade with a bit of underlying sweetness.

With its soft pink color and bright splashes of yellow from the lemons, it looks as good as it tastes.

Have an entire pitcher ready to serve in 15 minutes or less.

16. Watermelon Grapefruit Wine Slush

Check out this recipe for the watermelon grapefruit wine slush if you need a fun slushie that isn’t overly sweet.

The watermelon and the bottle of Reisling do make it pretty sweet, but the lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and mint leaves tone it down a lot

If it’s still too sweet for your tastes, go a little heavier on the grapefruit juice; just don’t overdo it, or it’ll end up too bitter.

17. Cherry Bourbon Slush

I adore bourbon cocktails. They’re deep, rich, and so complex!

And this cherry bourbon smash is no exception.

It’s almost smoky, though the maraschino cherry juice and lemon-lime soda mask most of the bourbon.

That said, its warmth is strong enough to feel it going down.

It’s one of those drinks that’ll make you want to lean back in your chair and enjoy a fat cigar.

18. Strawberry Peach Wine Slushies

The next time you have five minutes to spare, whip up one of these sweet, fruity strawberry peach wine slushies.

All you’ll need is whatever white wine you like best, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, ice, and simple syrup.

The strawberries and peaches taste phenomenal together, and they’re so sweet that you may not want to add the simple syrup.

Give it a taste first, then add it slowly.

19. Frozen Margarita Slush

I love icy white drinks because they look so elegant. And this frozen margarita slush is the best of them all.

Its taste is 100% pure margarita – tart and tangy, with plenty of lime.

If you’re looking for the perfect drink for Cinco de Mayo, this is it.

20. Frozen Strawberry Margarita

And this is the same drink, only with lots of frozen strawberries added in for extra sweetness and color.

If you’ve ever had a frozen strawberry margarita at a local Mexican restaurant, then you probably already know that this one tastes incredible.
