Top 10 RumChata Cream Liqueur Cocktail Recipes

1. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shots

You know when you finish a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, you’re left with cinnamon swirled milk? These shots are sort of like that, except far boozier.

They’re a potent blend of Fireball and RumChata with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal rimmed around the edge of the glass.

Bust out the shot glasses and pour a round for a party. All your friends will get a kick out of these scrumptious shots!

2. RumChata White Russian

RumChata is my new favorite way to jazz up a white Russian. It’s so good, I think even the Dude himself will approve.

The drink starts with the standard ingredients of vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream. Then it gets a little splash of RumChata.

For a special twist, rim the glass with a blend of cinnamon and sugar.

Either way, this variation of a white Russian is super smooth and perfect for an after-dinner sipper.

3. RumChata Coconut Snowflake Cocktail

When it comes to winter cocktails, this is one of my all-time favorites.

The combination of RumChata and peppermint schnapps is incredibly fitting for the season. And it’s lightened up a little with some tropical coconut rum.

Rim the glass in powdered sugar and you have a winter wonderland in cocktail form!

4. RumChata Iced Coffee

There’s always an occasion for a RumChata drink and this one is best for an afternoon pick-me-up. After all, it’s five o’clock somewhere right?

For this indulgent perk, you’ll fill a tall glass with ice, pour in a shot of RumChata, and top it off with coffee.

You’ll want to use room temperature or cold brew coffee so you don’t melt the ice and water down the drink.

If you want to spoil yourself, you can also top it off with whipped cream

Whether it’s been a long day or it’s a lazy Sunday, you won’t have to worry about putting in a ton of effort to make this drink.

As long as you have some coffee on hand, you can have this ready in five minutes tops.

5. RumChataTini

This may not be your classic martini. But when a cocktail tastes this good, does anyone really care?

Apple cider and RumChata come together for a sweet and impeccably spiced autumn drink.

While that tastes good as it is, it’s even better with a shot of brandy.

This beverage is best enjoyed warm. However, I think you could get away with pouring it on the rocks.

Whether you like your RumChataTini hot or cold, I have a very good hunch this will be your new favorite fall cocktail.

6. RumChata Hot Chocolate

One of the easiest winter cocktails you can make is a quick pairing of hot chocolate, spiked with your favorite type of alcohol.

And if you couldn’t already tell, this year I’m all about the RumChata!

All you need to do is make your favorite kind of hot chocolate and pour in a shot.

The cinnamon tastes oh-so-nice with the rich chocolate flavor. And if you use whole milk it will be that much creamier.

Of course, every hot chocolate tastes even better with a topping. I like to add a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon to mine.

Although, some chocolate shavings, mini marshmallows, or chocolate sprinkles will all taste divine.

7. Pumpkin Pie Martini

Are you all about pumpkin spice come fall? Well, brace yourself because you’ll fall head over heels in love with this seasonal drink.

Vanilla vodka is the base, while the rest is overflowing with pumpkin flavor. Pumpkin pie puree and pumpkin pie spice to be exact.

It’s even got a kiss of maple syrup to sweeten the deal.

And the RumChata? It’s the perfect touch!

If you’re feeling fancy, dip the rim of the glass in caramel sauce and crushed Graham Crackers. It’s a simple step that adds a glimmer of elegance to this RumChata cocktail.

8. Snickerdoodle Cocktail (with RumChata)

Start a new Christmas tradition this holiday season and make all the adults in your family one of these festive drinks.

You’ll want to use a cocktail shaker to combine all the liqueurs with milk. And be sure to get some cinnamon sticks to garnish the glass.

If you’re curious about the liqueurs, it’s got both amaretto and buttershots. So it’s a little nutty, definitely sweet, and plenty boozy!

9. Salted Caramel Martini

By now you’re probably realizing that RumChata is great as a martini, even if it’s not traditional. So here’s another terrific option to add to the list.

It tastes like delicious salted caramel with a shot of extra cream.

You’ll start by prepping a martini glass with caramel sauce and coarse salt. Then pour in equal parts RumChata and caramel vodka.

10. RumChata Cheesecake Pudding Shots

Need a fun boozy dessert to serve at your next bash? These pudding shots are the perfect solution.

These shots are simple to pull together and only require five ingredients.

You’ll start by adding crushed Graham Crackers to a shot glass, then add a thick layer of RumChata infused cheesecake pudding.

For a fluffier texture, add frozen whipped topping to the pudding mixture. Come time for serving, all you have to do is top each shot with whipped cream.
