  1. Have some extra almond paste in the house and I was looking for something to do with it besides making another batch of pignoli cookies. Very easy, good sounding recipes on your page, will have to try one of them.

  2. I had a recipe for 3 layer fudge, using dark, milk and white chocolates. Each layer had 1/2 cup of almond paste. Been looking for this recipe for about 10 years! Even if it’s just 1 chocolate fudge with almond paste, I can adapt!!
