The beauty of sheet pan recipes is just that, they require one pan. And they can be anything you want them to be.

Fajitas? Check. Pizza? You bet!

So tonight, give yourself a break and let the sheet pan do all the work. In return, you’ll be well rewarded with a gratifying, easy meal.

1. 30-Minute Sheet Pan Chicken with Veggies (Paleo & Whole30)

Take all the guesswork out of the equation and make this for dinner tonight.

In just 30 minutes, you can have some juicy chicken thighs and veggies ready to fill your belly.

This recipe uses a melody of sweet potato, broccoli, and bell pepper. However, you can use what you have on hand.

While the ingredients are no doubt humble, the sauce jazzes everything right up. It’s a unique sweet and savory mix of dates, coconut aminos, and spice.

2. Sheet Pan Sweet and Sour Chicken

If you prefer a little sour with your sweet sauce, try this one instead.

Rice vinegar is the sour element while pineapple is the sweet.

Add in the accompanying ingredients, and you’ll have a delicious sauce perfect for a chicken dinner.

As to what should go with the chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and red onions pair best. It’s like a deconstructed Hawaiian kabob, which is one of my favorites!

3. Easy Baked Italian Chicken and Veggie Foil Packets

How do you make a sheet pan dinner even easier? The answer is this foil packet recipe.

You’ll toss some chicken, veggies, and Italian seasoning into a foil packet, then bake on a sheet pan.

It’s not only ridiculously simple to throw together, but it makes cleanup a breeze.

If that weren’t good enough, the foil captures all the yummy juices and seasoning to infuse the chicken and veggies with the maximum amount of flavor.

4. One-Pan Garlic Roasted Chicken and Baby Potatoes

Are you having a hard time coming up with a chicken dinner idea for tonight? You simply can’t go wrong with roasted chicken and baby potatoes.

The two are a flawless pair just begging to get roasted on a sheet pan.

With a simple seasoning of rosemary and garlic, the succulent chicken and fork-tender potatoes are utter perfection.

5. One-Pan Chicken and Artichokes

If you’re cutting down on carbs, replace the potatoes with artichokes. This four-ingredient recipe is about as tasty and minimal as they come.

You’ll marinate skinned chicken breast in jarred artichokes. Don’t forget to include the liquid from the jar, too.

After roasting, sprinkle on some Parmesan, and your low-carb, sheet pan dinner is ready.

6. Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos

Feeling a snack attack coming on? Sheet pan chicken nachos are to the rescue.

A layer of tortilla chips is overloaded with melty cheese, black beans, and slow cooker Mexican chicken.

Use store-bought chicken to save on time. And don’t forget a generous helping of guacamole.

When it comes to easy chicken recipes, you just can’t beat this one.

7. Baked Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan is a classic family dinner that turns out flawless when you bake it on a sheet pan.

The inside stays nice and juicy while the outside has the ideal crunch.

Add in the roasted broccoli and you have a comforting home-style meal.

If you find you need a little more, you can serve this on a bed of riced cauliflower for extra sustenance.

8. Sheet Pan Chicken with Broccoli, Carrots, & Ranch

It’s amazing what homemade ranch can do to elevate the level of a simple chicken dinner.

Between the seasoning and apple cider vinegar, this ranch dressing is sublime.

Alone, broccoli and carrots may not sound all that exciting.

But once you pair them with the sauce and mouthwatering chicken, you’ll quickly change your mind.

9. Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots

Between the vitamins, protein, and carbs, this sheet pan dinner checks all the boxes. It even gets bonus points for the delectable flavors.

Balsamic vinegar and honey add a sweet and tangy element that will knock your socks off.

It’s an easy step that transforms this dish into an elegant savory meal perfect for a weeknight and fit for a holiday.

10. Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Pizza

I have a good feeling you’ll want to throw a pizza party just so you can make this pie.

The topping is an out-of-this-world combo of shredded buffalo chicken, fresh herbs, and four types of cheese.

It even has extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to top it off.

11. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Ever since I first tried this recipe, it’s become a weekly staple in my household.

It has all my favorite fajita ingredients including bell pepper, red onion, and chicken. And it makes Tex-Mex night a breeze.

This is one of those family dinners you’ll turn to again and again.

Serve this with a side of tortillas, salsa, and sour cream for a real feast.

12. One-Pan Hoisin Chicken and Veggies

Dry chicken is not a problem with this recipe. The hoisin sauce coats all the ingredients to infuse them with flavor and keep them from drying out.

I like to add a little Sriracha, but you can leave this out if you don’t care for spice.

Sweet, savory, and umami, the Asian flavoring of this meal is super tasty and doesn’t require a long list of ingredients to make.

13. Easy Sheet Pan Harissa Chicken

If you’ve never had harissa before, I urge you to give this recipe a try.

Harissa adds a fiery kick that pairs exceptionally well with the sweetness of the sweet potatoes.

You can make harissa paste from scratch or get some from the store.

Choose the latter, and all you have to do is coat the chicken and veggies, then bake them.

14. Greek Chicken and Potatoes

I love how this recipe manages to be both light and filling at the same time.

Lemon and parsley give the chicken and potatoes a wonderfully fresh taste that doesn’t disappoint.

For even more oomph, marinate your chicken and then slather some more of the lemon dressing on top when it’s done roasting.

15. Sheet Pan Pesto Chicken and Vegetables

Have some pesto and balsamic in your pantry? Use is to spruce up your chicken and veggies.

You could go with several options here for the vegetable component. But I like how this recipe keeps it simple with carrots and potatoes.

16.  Sheet Pan Sesame Chicken and Veggies

The best chicken dinner recipes should be full of flavor, nutrients, and not take a ton of fuss. That’s why this 25-minute meal makes the list.

It’s a foolproof mix of boneless chicken breast, broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Meanwhile, the Asian sauce is a balance of sweet and spicy.

17. Sheet Pan Chicken and Asparagus

This is another weeknight favorite of mine. Asparagus and chicken are a perfect pair both in flavor and for roasting.

Paleo and gluten-free, this recipe is full of nourishment, too, so it’s great for when you want a clean eating, sheet pan meal that doesn’t skip out on taste.
