Rolos are a hugely popular type of candy all over the world.

And as someone who bakes frequently, let me tell you: they work well in so many desserts!

The chocolate coating and sweet-sticky filling are ideal in homemade candies, cookie bars, and more.

So, here are 13 of my favorite caramelly, chocolatey Rolo candy desserts. Which is your fave?

1. Rolo Pretzel Turtle Candy

I’m kicking things off with a classic confection, Rolo pretzel turtles.

These semi-homemade candies are a holiday favorite, but they’re good any time of year.

And what’s not to love? They have a perfect balance of sweet versus salty and crunchy versus creamy.

They’re as exciting to eat as they are delicious.

And anyone can make them! In fact, making these is a great activity for the whole family.

You only need mini square pretzels, Rolos, and pecans. Easy peasy.

2. Caramel Rolo Cookie Bars

I love cookie bars even more than cookies because they’re easier to make and thicker!

The centers get even gooier than they would in a traditional cookie recipe. And that’s pretty much what I live for.

Enter these caramel Rolo cookie bars. The addition of Rolos adds extra gooey goodness.

Which is *chef’s kiss.*

Plus the use of butter and brown sugar creates another caramel-like element. They’re delicious.

3. Rolo Chocolate Chip Blondies

Blondies are one of the most delicious things you’ll ever put in your mouth.

But these bougie blondies might be even better. Because chocolate and caramel make everything better.

That’s just my opinion, but I think it’s pretty universal.

Really, these end up being quite similar to chocolate chip cookie bars.

But the addition of Rolos adds extra decadence.

These are treats you can really sink your teeth into. They’re the best blondies I’ve ever tasted.

That’s thanks in part to the vast amounts of caramelly Rolos in every bite. That, and a whole stick of butter.

4. Rolo Pretzel Bites

Let me address the obvious. These Rolo pretzel bites are very similar to the turtle candies from earlier.

But these are way more versatile!

The process is the same, but recipe number one focuses on turtles, while this version focuses on pecans.

However, they’re super customizable. You can add whatever the heck you like to the top of the Rolos.

Almonds, shredded coconut, peanuts, shortbread cookie bits, and apple slices are all fantastic choices.

Plus, you can always add more candy!

5. Rolo Cookie Bites

I’m a firm believer that everything is more exciting when it’s mini.

Just take mini cows or fun-sized candy for example, or these Rolo cookie bites.

They’re like thick, mini chocolate chip cookies, plus Rolos. And I love them!

But here’s the best part, you can make them with store-bought dough!

This means they couldn’t be easier to make, and you don’t have to be a baker to enjoy whipping them up.

You only need some premade chocolate chip cookie dough, Rolos, and a muffin pan.

Press some dough into the pan and top it with a Rolo. Bake them until their edges are golden.

You could also use sugar cookie dough if you prefer.

6. Rolo Ritz Marshmallow Treats

Rice Krispies bars, who? One bite of these, and you’ll forget the other treat even exists. These are like Rice Krispies bars times 10.

Firstly, there’s no rice cereal in this recipe. Instead, you’ll use salty, buttery Ritz crackers. It’s way tastier and more addictive.

It still has that glorious buttery, marshmallow goo that holds everything together.

But once again, the addition of Rolos elevates this treat to completely new heights.

7. Rolo Poke Cake

Poke cakes are one of the most delicious and easy desserts you can make.

And this version is one for the books. It’s rich and fudgy and chocolatey and full of caramel goodness.

This dessert features a chocolate cake filled with homemade caramel.

It’s topped with whipped cream, homemade fudge, and Rolos. How amazing does that sound?!

8. Rolo Chocolate Mug Cake

Mug cakes are my favorite way to satisfy my midnight sweet cravings. They’re the perfect late-night treat.

They’re easy to make with common pantry ingredients, and I don’t have to share.

That’s the most important part. And though I don’t want to share my actual cake, I’ll happily share the recipe.

Everyone needs to experience the kind of joy this treat brings.

First, it’s so chocolatey. Second, it’s wonderfully moist. And third, it’s kind of like a lava cake with the Rolo in the center.

Plus, you can whip it up in under 5 minutes. You really can’t beat that.

9. Rolo Cupcakes

So, the only Rolos in these cupcakes is the garnish on top. But the whole cupcake is like a giant Rolo!

This recipe features a moist, fluffy chocolate cake with a gooey caramel center. It’s topped with a thick, creamy chocolate frosting that is to die for.

Add a real Rolo on top and this cupcake will satisfy all your Rolo needs.

10. Rolo Ice Cream

One bite of this decadent delight, and you’ll beg for more!

It’s the perfect ice cream for the chocolate and caramel lovers of the world. Because it’s chock full of both.

And if that wasn’t enough, this ice cream is so easy to make.

You only need four ingredients. And it’s no churn, so you won’t need any fancy equipment.

11. Rolo Cheesecake

Um, I have no words. Okay, I have a few.

I feel like an art critic discovering a masterpiece.

I mean, look at it! You can see how luxuriously creamy and decadent this cheesecake is just from the photo.

And the taste is fantastic! It’s a traditional cheesecake, stuffed with chocolate and caramel Rolos.

The chocolate crust adds an extra layer of rich flavor.

So, it’s already pretty sinful. But then you add caramel and chocolate sauces… and more Rolos? Just take my money.

12. No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Cream Pie

Boston cream and banana cream have nothing on this chocolate caramel cream pie!

Those other pies might be classic, but this one is iconic.

The body of this pie is made with caramel whipped cream. The flavors are rich, but every bite feels pillowy and light.

That is until you reach the chunks of Rolos, which are just the right amount of chewy.

And the chocolate cookie crust adds the perfect crunch.

13. Rolo Fudge

Let’s talk fudge. It’s fudgin’ fantastic! And this Rolo version?

Oh boy. It’s dangerous.

Like, it should really be named “death by chocolate.” It’s so deliciously chocolatey that you won’t need to experience anything else ever again.

Your life will be complete.

But the most dangerous part is that it’s so easy to make. So, you’ll make it over and over and over again.

It features thick layers of easy homemade fudge and chunks of Rolos candy.

It’s decadent, rich, gooey, thick, and just plain wonderful.
