  • For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • For the Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped, divided

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided

  • For the Topping:
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut lengthwise slits into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Set aside.
  • Whisk the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Generously season both sides of the chicken breasts with this seasoning mix.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, dill, half of the bacon, and half of the green onions.
  • Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the pockets of the chicken breasts and spread any remaining mixture on top.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with remaining bacon and green onions just before serving.
  • Enjoy!

  • Pat the chicken dry before seasoning to ensure the spices stick well and create a better sear.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the chicken’s internal temperature, which should reach 165°F for safe consumption.
