Sometimes all that we really need is a new festive recipe to try out in the kitchen to get our spirits up!

1. Cheesy Irish Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño Potato Skins

It’s no secret that potatoes are the go-to vegetable for the Irish due to their endless abundance.

But if you think that potatoes can ever be overdone, you’re in for a treat!

These crispy and cheesy jalapeño potato skins are filled with so much flavor you won’t be able to get enough.

These sliders are an absolute necessity the next time you’re about to watch the big game!

Throw some brisket in the slow cooker as you prepare the toppings for some delicious Irish sliders.

If you’re looking for a home-cooked meal, try out these mini-shepherd’s pies.

These bad boys are a perfect appetizer to welcome your guests with or enjoy all by yourself. Warning: herd of sheep not included!

4. Reuben Dip

Corned beef is a go-to for Irish dishes due to its soft texture that melts in your mouth.

Rather than just another corned beef sandwich, throw in some cheeses and dressings to make a rich Reuben dip!

5. Reuben-Topped Irish Nachos

Another one of my favorite ways to use up some left-over corned beef is by whipping up some Reuben nachos.
