2. Make the cheese sauce. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring frequently with a whisk, for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture turns a light brown color.

3. Add the milk and seasonings. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until smooth. Add the salt, black pepper, and steak seasoning. Stir until the cheese is fully melted.

4. Simmer the sauce. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Once it starts bubbling, lower the heat and cook until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
