  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For the Topping

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Here’s how to make them:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the eggs and milk until smooth, then stir in the rest of the bar ingredients. Pour the batter into the baking pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and leave to cool.

  1. Hi – I love your collection of Apricot desert recipes. However the one I want the most is the one that is at the beginning and end of your post. It is a plate of very neat bars topped with a white frosting or white chocolate – very smooth. I can’t seem to find it. Could you please send me the name of these bars and or the recipe. THAnk You!
