  • 1 1/2 pounds small carrots, peeled and trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
