    • Hi Megan, that’s a quick modified version of our macaroni salad.

Here’s a quick recipe. Just mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and then toss everything together.

      INGREDIENTS:
      For the Salad:
      8 ounces leftover ham, diced,
      8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
      12 ounces cooked pasta, cooled
1 can pineapple tidbits (14 ounces)
      2-3 green onions, diced
      For the Dressing:
      pineapple juice, from the can
      1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
      1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
      1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
      1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
      salt and pepper, to taste

Feel free to adjust the dressing as you like. And add to the salad, too. It’s great with bell peppers, red onion, and carrots.
